Relation of ABO Blood Group on Fibrinogen Levels and Platelet Count in Apparently Healthy Sudanese Subjects at Khartoum state, 2022

No diseases are known to result from the lack of expression ABO blood group antigens, but susceptibility a number has been linked with person's phenotype. A cross sectional study conducted at research laboratory Gharb El-Niel College May August 2022, estimate relation on fibrinogen levels and platelet count in apparently healthy Sudanese subjects. For positive there was significant decreased level when compared B⁺, O⁺ O⁻ group, differences AB⁺ A⁻. platelets counts; increased other groups, for B⁺; however insignificant all grouping except O⁺. In addition, O⁻, A⁻ O⁻. Regarding AB⁺, There were age gender. Finally, clear among individuals different group.
